"Snowzilla"

I was once in Washington when three inches of snow fell. The trucks came out in force, but they had no plows! Instead they dumped salt on the streets, which turned dry snow into slippery mush, and the whole city came to a halt. I can't imagine what the capitol will look like if it really gets two feet of snow this time. Talk about gridlock!
