out with the black sheep!

Here's a Swiss election poster, aimed at reducing the number of black sheep in that famously homogeneous society. It seems that 20 percent of the populace are foreign born, that they commit a disproportionate amount of crime, and that the worst offenders are young people. (What a surprise!) So the Swiss People's Party (that's Ueli Maurer, the party president, in front of the poster) has a solution: expel the offender and his family. What next? Labor camps in the east?
