Jim Webb will not only tour the debauched country that the thugs call Myanmar, but he will sit down and chat with head thug Than Shwe. This would be the same ‘Senior General’ who last year led the theft of the international aid intended for victims of Cyclone Nargis. Alas for Burma. Alas for Aung San Suu Kyi.
