The green revolution continues

Small help they get from the Good People in the West, but the brave students in Iraq have found a new way to protest the rigged election in Tehran: they're praying at the Mosque. Reports Farnaz Fassihi in the WSJ, they're using an obscure religious holiday in order to stage a three-day sit-down strike. A more forthright demonstration is planned for today. Meanwhile, three founders of the Islamic revolution of 1979 have issued a declaration: 'The wave of useless arrests must end...'

And from Washington--silence. There seems to be no regime too thuggish for the Obama administration to cozy up to, whether in Moscow, Tehran, or Tegucigalpa. Blue skies! -- Dan Ford
